What is "fair use" for material protected by copyright?

If you are using the material for parody, you are protected.
If you are using the material to provide commentary or criticism, you are protected.
There is other language about using it in a transformative manner for which who knows what someone will think about it.
If you are charging money for this, then you should probably get the advice of a lawyer. Otherwise, post the material with proper attribution and if you get asked to take the material down, do so.
